Merchandise that the client has had the opportunity to assess before purchase, is non-refundable.

Exchange Conditions.

1. If items are returned unused within 7 (seven) days, with the original invoice as proof of purchase. Via La Moda will exchange the item/items.

2. Via La Moda reserves the right to issue a voucher to the value of the returned items if the above conditions are
met.

Refunds, exchanges and Repair.

1. This will only apply if Via La Moda does not find excessive wear, negligence  and/or evidence of customer abuse.

2. Any item, which at Via La Moda’s discretion is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, will be assessed and either repaired, exchanged or refunded.

Please note there are no exchanges or refunds on all sale items purchased.
